Personal Use Licensing
Digital Images and Prints purchased on this site for personal use are limited to a Single Use, Non-Exclusive License. Once you purchase an image or print you are accepting the terms of the license. However, I am flexible and will negotiate different usage scenarios - you are my customer and I will try to accommodate your needs when possible.
Commercial Use Licensing
Digital Images and Prints purchased on this site for commercial purposes are limited to a Single Use, Non-Exclusive License. Once you purchase an image or print you are accepting the terms of the license. Pricing for commercial use is based on statistical data compiled from the photography industry. This method of pricing is a baseline and can be negotiated based on individual circumstances of the client's needs. Commercial Pricing is based on the number of press runs, image size and type of publication (i.e., magazine, corporate, non-profit use, etc.). Both Personal and Commercial Licensing includes the following limitations:
- You may not claim the image as your own (the copyright remains with the photographer)
- You may not use the image for resale or distribute in any manner (including electronic media, CD, etc.) without a specific agreement in writing from the photographer
- Violations of the Terms of Use may constitute Copyright Infringement and could result in legal action against you
Your purchase of an image constitutes acceptance of these terms of licensing.
