Gators, gators and more gators! These alligators live at Brazos Bend State Park (no, they are not fenced in!) and provide a great afternoon of entertainment for shutterbugs and hikers alike. Although,in a couple of instances I have been "too" close! For the most part they are very docile and amenable to having their photo taken.The photo of Big Daddy was taken New Year's Day - this gator is probably 16-18 feet in length and the largest one I have ever seen in the park!
